Canada Income Tax Calculator 2026
2026 federal and provincial income tax by province and territory, with marginal and average rates (CRA 2026 brackets).
How it works
Each bracket rate applies only to income inside that bracket. 2026 federal: 14% to $58,523; 20.5% to $117,045; 26% to $181,440; 29% to $258,482; 33% above. Provincial brackets are from the CRA 2026 table. Results are tax before non-refundable credits (basic personal amount, CPP/EI credits), surtaxes (e.g. Ontario surtax and health premium) and deductions, so actual tax owing is usually lower. Quebec is not included (Revenu Québec sets its own rates).
Examples
- $100,000 in Ontario: federal $16,696 + Ontario $6,940 = $23,636 before credits.
- $50,000 anywhere: federal $7,000 (14%) before credits.
